Terms of service

The agreement between you and us when you use ProspectPilot, in plain words.

Last updated 28 October 2026

Who we are

By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of the business you work for. ProspectPilot is a service for businesses: you confirm you use it for your trade or profession, so the withdrawal rights that protect consumers do not apply.

The service

ProspectPilot finds local businesses from open map data, checks their websites, scores them as leads, writes audit reports, website concepts and email drafts, and sends the emails you approve from your own mailbox. We improve it all the time and may change how features work; we will not remove a paid feature in the middle of a period you have paid for.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • The owner of a workspace is responsible for the people they invite to it.
  • One person, one account. Accounts are for the people who use them, not for resale.

Plans, credits and payment

  • The Free plan gives 2 leads, 1 deep audit and 1 website concept a week. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; Team is billed per user, from 3 users.
  • Opening a lead uses one lead credit. A plan's credits and allowances renew at the start of each period and do not carry over; deleting a lead, audit or concept does not give its credit back.
  • Top-ups are one-time purchases. They never expire and are used only after the plan's own allowance for the period.
  • The first re-audit of a site within 30 days of a paid audit of the same site is free.
  • Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Payments are taken by card through Stripe. If a renewal payment still fails after Stripe's retries, the workspace moves to the Free plan.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a new price applies from your next period after that.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time on the Billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Payments for periods that have started, and top-ups once any part of them is used, are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your outreach

You decide which businesses to contact and you send the emails, so you are responsible for doing it lawfully: under the General Data Protection Regulation, the rules on electronic marketing and the law of the country you write to. In particular you agree to:

  • contact businesses only, about something relevant to them, and say truthfully who you are;
  • keep the unsubscribe line ProspectPilot adds, and never write again to anyone who opted out;
  • not send bulk or misleading email, and not use ProspectPilot to harass anyone or collect data for other purposes.

We may pause sending from a workspace whose emails draw complaints or bounce unusually often, and close accounts that break these rules.

Personal data you handle

For the business contacts you open, the emails you send and the replies you receive, you are the controller and we process that data on your behalf. We use it only to provide ProspectPilot and as you instruct through it, keep it confidential, use only the providers listed in our privacy policy, help you answer requests from the people concerned, tell you without delay about a breach that affects it, and delete it when you delete it or close your account.

Audits and concepts

Audits are automated checks of a website at one moment and may miss or misjudge things; every finding shows its evidence so you can check it. Website concepts are drafts to show a business what its site could be. You may share both with the business concerned, but do not present a concept as the business's own site. We do not promise any result from your outreach.

Availability

We work to keep ProspectPilot running at all times but do not guarantee it. Maintenance and outages of the services we depend on can interrupt it.

Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or other indirect loss. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Vilnius, unless the law gives you another choice.

Changes and contact

We tell customers by email at least 14 days before a change to these terms that matters. Questions: hello@prospectpilot.eu.
